Exploration Of Gedung Sate - Part 3 - 27 December 2015

Exploration Of Gedung Sate - Part 3
27 December 2015

Well since my dad's busy, i can't disturrb him, so i ended up exploring Gedung Sate from the outside by myself, i started from the usual ceremonial yard it's on the front of Gedung Sate, you can easily see the fountain from the road outside Gedung Sate next i continue to the West where i saw building B apparently it was the office for Telkom Foundation. Honestly i wanted to enter the building but since it was Sunday, obviously no employee of Telkom Foundation was there so it was locked

I continue my walk until i reached the Tennis Court, it was usually used for guests and employees to work out, i can't try the Tennis Court since i'm using leather shoes and only rubber shoes is permitted. After that i saw the door leading to the basement of Gedung Sate's main building (Building A), unfortunately it was also locked and the inauguration must not be disturbed by all cost so i decided to give up entering the building for a while.

I later managed to find an interesting path though, there was another ladder i saw near the motorcycle parking a lot, so i tried going down and sightsee. Immediately from the stairs you can see Bank Jabar it's not only the ATM though, there was also a branch office down there, next i kept walking through the hallway. There was some offices down here (I'm really surprised that some of the people worked in this area) after the hallway you can see the canteen, usually it's crowded down here but during my visit only one shop opened.

I later decided to leave the Canteen, but before that i saw an interesting item. It was a free charging outlet, i decided to try it later on when my battery is dying. I later chose to sightsee the garden, the first thing that piqued my interest is a writing that says "Taman Gedung Sate Bandung" it was made from bushes but not only that, there was also a symbol of West Java made from bushes, the one make it did a great job, next i saw some solar panel but after some closer inspections i realized it's not only a solar panel it's also a composter.

When i tried to leave the area i smelled a foul stench, it was coming from a barn near the solar panel, it was full of garbages (Yuckkk :((( ) i guess their inorganic waste management is not as good as i thought . I later finished the walk by going to the security post and finally the Volleyball Court, there was one thing confusing me though there was a sign that forbade is from stepping the grass but there was no path to the Volleyball Court without stepping the grass, later i went to the mosque.

Well that concludes part three

Thank for your attention :)
